After losing Snell this weekend I'm riding the hot Shoemaker til he goes down in flames! Closer could do it though. I had sent you a trade proposal yesterday as well, which included a closer going your direction. I replied to you over there but I don't know if anybody gets their messages when you write something in the trade proposal comment section! Give me a day. |

Injuries are killing me. I had 7 guys on DL. I had to drop 2 just to make room on my DL list. Now Kershaw is out. Damn. When it rains it storms. At least my hitting has been picking up.

I was looking at my draft today thinking about keepers, and holy shit have i had some roster turnover. Of the guys I drafted between 11 & 25, only 3 are left!

I have 7 position players with another on the season ending DL and 7 pitchers on the roster that I drafted. I haven't been able to strike lightning with any pickups and prospects though.

I've had some success doing that. Blake Snell is finally coming on, Edwin Diaz has exploded on the scene. Jake Lamb & Jenmar Gomez have had breakthrough seasons, and Drew Pomeranz is living up to his potential. I had none of those guys drafted. |

Rod, nice job! I tried to catch you on the last couple of days, but it just wasn't enough. Man, my team just completely nos-dived over the last 3 weeks. I went from 1st to losing 3rd and losing my bye, and then continued struggling against you this past week. My pitching, which carried me all season long completely collapsed. Rod, nice job! I tried to catch you on the last couple of days, but it just wasn't enough. Man, my team just completely nos-dived over the last 3 weeks. I went from 1st to losing 3rd and losing my bye, and then continued struggling against you this past week. My pitching, which carried me all season long completely collapsed. Anyway, good luck Rod, and to the rest of you as well. Thanks again Lindsey for putting the league together. Thanks man. I had an early lead but after you hitting over .400 with a 9-4-16 line Friday night I told Linz it was going to all come unglued if you did that again and had 4 starting pitchers to my 1 Sunday! I was flat out on suicide watch seeing the lead evaporate! That could have gone either way. Brad is going to destroy me pitching this week. I hope I can maintain some level of offense this week! Our offensive numbers last week was sick dude! Anyway we battled all season for that division. Great adversary brother! |
