Damn man I ran to the store and the game is almost over and Garrett got pulled after 6 innings and only 77 pitches. WTF happened? Nothing! Nobody understands it. Now cingrani is going to pitch 3 out of 4 games. I don't get it Rod. Garret was rolling. No trouble at all. Price should at least have let Garrett go 7. Iglesias and Lorenzen are slated to go 90-100 innings so that doesn't concern me. I would never use Cingrani in a close game period with the way he walks the fuck out of people. Did you see him warming up or something? |

You know.... price may be managing to set the tone of the season right now. To get this first game and win this series would be a enormous boost to this young team.
If that's the reason he has ran these guys out here tonight... brilliant.
