Why the F is Feldman starting opening day? I know Bailey and Disco are hurt but we got better than this schmo. Probably only because he has already done it twice.

63 pitches through 3. It will be a miracle if he goes 5. He will pitch until both his arms fall off. Pitch these veterns until their arms fall off including Bronson. They dont fit into future plans. Who cares?. Remember the Reds pitched Simon until his arm almost fell off. Do it again. It is about innings. The Reds will have to fill 1450 inning this year. Finnigan is capable of going 175+ inning and DeScalfani may get close depending on when he can actually start pitching in ML games and if he stays healthy. All these young guys are going to be on pitch/innings count and they wont come close. Last year the Reds used in excess of 28+ pitchers to cover these innings. Also the Reds lost Strailey who pitched 191 innings last year.

I don't even know who that was batting second but I hate him.

Reds get behind very early, squander multiple chances to score....sounds familiar

Nice Gennet hits a 2 run homer to bring it to within one!

Gennet made a run for it at the end. Almost gave me hope there.

Obviously went out for opening day. Had my first with my grandson. That was the lone highlight! 1 loss. Next. How'd that win on OD last year foreshadow the season?!
Aaah gotcha! Don't start drawing season long conclusions every inning boys!
