Sorry Red now that I got the negativity out of my system(just got done working on a car for 2 days for about 6 hours and $150 only to find out it's shop bound and could cost big bucks and came in sat down and saw the Reds lose!). I would sell high on Cozart. Be nice if Duvall could play 3B and we could plug Winker into the OF. If we got a solid starter in return that would be worth it. We had a power problem last year and it is for now not a problem. Ship off Duvall or Shebler and IMO that power problem comes right back on our ass. Good offenses are a delicate balance. I think Cozart will come back to earth but I think our corner OF power is legit.

Right now I don't see any scenario to where we need to bring up Winker. You're right Rod...we're not going to sit Schebler, Hamilton or DuVall for him. The only way I see this playing out right now would be a Cozart trade and Duvall to 3rd, and Suarez to SS. Our infield defense takes a huge step backwards with this though and our pitchers have proven they need every bit of help they can get.
I'm also starting to think we might have our #1 starter of the future in Vladimir Gutierrez. Dude is still acclimating to the US after last playing in Cuba. His stats don't look great as a whole, but some of that is skewed by some rough starts early in the year, plus a random clunker earlier this week. Take out the clunker, and here's his stats in the other 6: 33.2IP 24H 7R 7ER(1.87ERA) 2BB 48K

Brad so much(at least so far) for Guillon and Chacin to the pen this season!
Gutierrez with 11.26 K9 in only 9 US starts and 21 yrs old. That could be something for sure.
