Looked at Schebler's 10 game and he got hot then cold and is coming on again.
Didn't realize Garrett was at AAA(or forgot!)
Amazing how the Hoover, Jumbo, and Sampson can dominate at AAA then be total dogshit up here.

Nice to see Tony Renda moved up to AAA. I still think he could be a nice player.
Was looking at some of our AAA numbers.....who are the coaches in this organization that can't teach better plate discipline??

Nice to see Tony Renda moved up to AAA. I still think he could be a nice player. Was looking at some of our AAA numbers.....who are the coaches in this organization that can't teach better plate discipline?? The whole philosophy has to be changed. As soon as we get them in the organization, something happens to them. They change them for the worse instead of using their strengths.

Boys you are preachin to the choir here. We look at so many prospects because of fantasy that over time you get a feel for what an organization produces. I look at our minor leagues and think exactly the same thing "what are these coaches teaching these guys" . Every player ends up a .260/.320 hitter no matter how talented. There is no player development philosophy within this organization and if there is it is not uniform. How many position players do we have to see flounder by the time they get to AA. Winker was the big deal and he has stalled at his last 2 stops. Phil Ervin who? These guys evaporate as soon as you might see them. It's disheartening. Now that we can track it and judge for ourselves there is no mystery left for an organization to hide behind. It's fucked.
