Score 22 runs and can't win a series. Haven't had a quality start in 9 games. Bullpen ERA 5.93 and up in the last 2 series. Yay............   |

The meddler thinks we’re close. The Cody Reed pull was yes man Castellini robot BS the other day. Without checking Reed had like 77 pitches and had allowed 1 run. Granted he walked the run in with bases loaded. But C'mon it's a kid you want to see how he does through 6-7 innings regardless at that point. He sinks or swims. Not because BC wants to see wins at all drastic measures. |

Not because BC wants to see wins at all drastic measures. That early yank didn't bother me a lot. Since he had been in the bullpen for the past few weeks I presume he was on some sort of a pitch count until he fully stretched back out. Next time, hopefully he will be allowed to fight through it. Also...can we put Sims in the rotation and sit Bailey?  |

I may be wrong. But I don't think there is another team in baseball that wouldn't have DFA Bailey about 2-3 months ago. It is a sunk cost.
When he refused to move to the bullpen I would tried to get his contract voided. The union would have had to fight for him. Because if I owned a team that payed a player millions he would damn sure do what the manager or GM asked him to do.
