Well if that doesn't get your blood up I don't know what does. We bounced back from the Pittsburgh drubbing to win the St Louis series then get demolished Thursday night. 7 HR's allowed wow. The starters in the first 3 made it less than 11 innings before Castillo's gem. But to bounce back vs a 1st place team with offense and bullpen only is otherworldy. I wish they could get creative and jam at least 1 solid starter into this rotation and call Stephenson up to get some sense of how we could be and where the rotation is going. Bailey should not be allowed on this team if he is going to not accept a bullpen role. If our rotation had even a 4.50 ERA we would be a legitimate contender.
