Peraza sitting today, thank God. Sad thing is Peraza IMO could be serviceable with the bat if he would stop swinging at every pitch. I have saw enough of him though to know it's not likely that he ever will stop swinging. We will never have a consistent off. as long as we have 3 near automatic outs in the order. Billy,Peraza and the pitcher. It is like we are playing 8 vs 6 with the opponets lineup. I think the starting pitching will be better this year maybe middle of the pack but the pen is gonna be awful with the injuries. And IMO the hitting will take a step back this year. |

We're eventually going to trade Billy to another team and he'll learn to hit from someone there. He's going to be an awesome leadoff hitter for another team one day. |

Shamefully, this is the first game I've watched this season. First time in over 20 years I didn't watch the Opening Day game.

Mahle looked sharp. Only thing is 2 balls were hit off him that in summer would have been 10 rows deep into the seats. I wish we played in a normal park not a bandbox.

He pitched his butt off this spring and is getting fucked over. It's plain wrong. |
