Cardinal rule in any 3 game series=don't get swept. You can lose 3 series in a row but win 1 game in each and lose 3 games on your record. Get swept and you do it in a weekend.

The west coast curse is real. The .900 OPS team vs the best starting pitching and 7 runs a game tuned into a .700 OPS team, didn't crack .240 in both AVG and RISP while scoring 4 runs a game. But the offense did their job yesterday. You score 7 runs that has got to hold up. Fuck...
And then the rotation that got 3 of 4 quality starts in the bandbox known as GABP goes to big Chavez Ravine and puts up 11 total innings in 3 starts, nobody going more than 5, to the tune of a 6.00+ ERA. Then the bullpen allows 11 runs in 13.2 accumulating 2 losses in winnable games. We win yesterday I'm fine. This makes me sick. West coast is an opiate or something, because our players go out there and get instantly stupid and weak.
Even the defense looks sloppy with 3 errors and actually more. The hometown scoring wanted to pad their player stats because it was worse.
We'll see how they bounce back in San Diego. Get your methodone and play ball! HAHA!!
