Brewers have there best/hottest hitter batting 2nd. Cubs leadoff Schwarber hit Bryant 2nd. Carlos Santana leads off for Clev. All these guys have one thing in common they get on base. STOP WITH THE HAMILTON PERAZA AT THE TOP. PRICE IT IS NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!! The smart teams hit there best player 2nd and one of it not there best OBP GUY FIRST. Right now lineup should be something like this
Cozart Votto Suarez
When/if Cozart and Suarez cool off adjust it again someone will be hot. Of course Cozart will cool off but at least he is walking a whole lot more this year. I expect Price to switch lineup in about a month. Of course by then it will be too late. Both Suarez and Cozart will cool off.

Saw a stat last week showing Peraza/BH had 2 of the bottom statcast speed of ball off the bat, whatever the hell they call it. I believe Paraza was the bottom, just too much weak contact.

Ariel Hernandez down Astin up. I guess it didn't matter how well Hernandez pitched. He had options left and Reds knew he wouldn't be able to pitch for next 3-4 days.

VB I sent you a provate message. But it is nothing that needs to be private. I was just asking if you could send a link to the bootleg website you sent to Andy last week I am hoping I can watch the Reds game tomorrow. I know it's on mlb network but I don't get that channel. Thanks.

Opening criticism is fair but I know Price believes in it so he will run it out there til it gets ridiculous or it works.
But let's keep it real here. We've scored 27 runs in the last 4 games. We are 4th in Runs scored in all of baseball with 99. That would be 4.95 per game and pacing 802 total runs.
All I'm saying is we can all take turns nitpicking things that aren't working in themselves. Offense overall just isn't one of them.
My big gripe right now is what we are seeing now is what I was deathly afraid of at the beginning of the season=above average offense and defense, a potential nightmare rotation, and an improved bullpen that gets over worked. Right now the 2 sides of the pitching are taking turns getting torched and it is obliterating us. Wit Garrett's performance last night we sank to 30th and last as a Rotation with a 5.13 ERA.

YOUR spot on Rod. Price is gonna take the if it ain't broke don't fix it on getting Hamilton or Peraza out of the top. Because of the team scoring at a good clip. Yeah the rotation is a huge concern. I am not expecting anything from Disco or Hormer. None of us wants to see Arroyo be in rotation. But I guess it's time to face facts on Arroyo if he can go 6 and give us a chance to win most games he is gonna stick in rotation. Same as feldman and Adelman. The kids are gonna be so up and down and it will kill the pen before JUNE. They may be more 9 er in 4 ip type games coming for the kids. Because Price can't pull these guys in the 3rd or 4th inn. game after game. A lot of times even when they aren't giving up a bunch of runs they are thowing 25-30 pitches a inn. It is a major problem..
