Nothing pretty to report here. We got our ass kicked by Milwaukee. Straight up. No silver lining here. Bullpen is already over worked. They collapsed into a heap Friday night. These rooks need to step up. We got a little cushion. We need better.

I didn't post in the sustainable thread because I really have no idea what w/ all these kids can/will be sustainable. The only thing that you can count on w/ a team this young is Chaos/inconsistency and boy oh boy are we seeing that. The thing I want to see the most is running these kids out there as much as possible, failure be damned for the youngin's(at least till July'ish). Didn't get to see the game today for family Easter dinner, but I want to see more of the Romano's/Winker's type than the Alcantara/Yo-Yo bullshit. The rebuild is on, act like it Reds and be decisive about it. If Zart'/Duvall/Shebler aren't in the future plan then get the kids that are going to be expected to come in and replace them ready in AAA till the AS break, don't let 'em ride the pine, PH and spell guys once a week. I think Lorenzen is still an extremely viable starter, and if it's determined that this season is going off the rails south, don't pigeonhole your best pitcher by a bunch( Iggy ) as a reliever as well. I know the shoulder's been problematic the last couple yrs., but he's still young and if he can start he's MIIIIIILES more valuable. Going to be a fun yr. regardlessly imho.
