Can't ask for more firepower out of a hitting line than this except maybe more HR's. Offense continues to be effective without being bomb reliant. Contact, OBP, and clutch. Glad to see it. Every series isn't going to be this good but this is the type of hitting team I envision. Here is the starting pitching before Reed. Bailey was flat out phenomenal the other night. His command of every pitch-2 seam, split, curve, slider was pinpoint. It was a relaxing thing to behold after weeks of watching most of our commandless pitchers. Here is the after. Reed I covered in the other thread. He has no focus. Bullpen reverting to topsy turvy. Not sure what to expect any given night. They are divided into the good the bad and the ugly segments.
