Now this is more like it. Hit the ball, took walks, hit bombs, stole bases, and scored runs. Hell of a lot more fun like this!  And got 3 decent to great starting pitching performances and a bullpen whose actuals and peripherals were solid. If the pitching can do what we know it can this could be fun the rest of that way and that is plenty good enough for me. Let's get the trades done and move on to the next phase. Nice series and 4-2 since the break.Ok then!  |

Having our better pitching on the field helps. The injuries killed them early on. DeSclafani is turning out to be a real gem. Another solid outing today. This deal is looking like a steal. . So far a couple of trades have panned out. Duvall, Saurez and DeSclafani.

We have made some good deals but we can't finish the job which puts our entire emotions as a fan in limbo, purgatory, add something.. We are all just waiting brother. Linds though I dodged the latest bullet and was miserable for the last few weeks you know what I'm talkin about. Be here indefinitely and look forward to the rest of the summer and football. Maybe stop down this weekend if your calendar is open. Give me a holller bro. |
