For 1 thing this Cabrera can't catch at all. He dropped 5 balls including 2 strikeouts by Lamb and one batter Lamb had to strike the guy out 3 times after the first 2 strike 3's were reached that extended a bat to 17 pitches and basically tucked Lamb's start up. He was gassed by that inning.
Bullpen allows inherited run to score to eras a lead. Then Blake Wood 1st HR to lose another lead. So here we fuckin go having to get a 3rd lead in the 2nd of the last 3 games.
Get all these MF'ers outta here and start from scratch with this pen...
I'm having a chill Friday night for a change and I'm sitting here totally pisst!

This dragging their feet w/ the kids because of the possible super 2 stuff is killing me. I knew it, hell, we all knew it before hand but amassing the shittiest pen in history while we pound our fanhood puds is tough as F'. Bright side: Bo Peep looked really good after the clinker his last start.

How'd the kid pitch, saw he gave up 2 2 run dingers through 7. Walk in to see Duvall hit that HR, amazing indeed. 20 already?

Looked nervous at first. Walked 1st batter then threw a FB to the next batter for a HR. Settled down to SO 8. Then made another bad pitch in the 7th. Walked a few made two bad pitches for HR's Overall not bad. Looks like a lot of promise. It's funny how all the pitchers from the Cueto trade pitch this weekend.

Through 5 I think he had 62 pitches and 7 K. Ended with 9 K. A little fine tuning and this kid is mustard. He was easy cheese 95 today. Nasty slider. Pretty advanced curveball. I didn't notice if he threw any changeups. But all the right stuff. Started to get gassed late and walking people the last 2 innings on 4 consecutive pitches type at bats. Then would strike a guy out on 3 pitches. He looked like the real deal to my eyes. There was a lot of wow even when it wasn't going good. He just inspires confidence watching him work. I worry about most these schleps VB! LOL!

Watched the game on replay at midnight and yes, the kid looked fantastic to me. Well at least ole' Walt listened to me about getting some damned left starters, w/ the Cueto deal they got 3! I'm going to put that one as a check in his ledger, a big one.

Because he pitched 2 innings in the pen for KC that was it for some of the motorheads. The big deal with all these young pitchers is control. When we start to see that BB9 drop watch the fuck out.
