OK....maybe you are not ready for this thread. I understand. Flame away. But, i feel like typing. I don't belong to any Raven's boards.....never read them either.
Man....i was really pulling for you guys Saturday. Been called a hater. I've been called worse. Yep, I hate the Steelers and the Patriots. I dislike Manning, but I'll be pulling for him next weekend.
My hope is that the Chiefs get to the Superbowl. I could handle Denver doing it but Patriots or Steelers getting in would piss me off.
On the NFC side, either Carolina or Arizona. Not sure how you guys feel about Palmer these days, but, i like Bruce Arian (sp)
This is not a "pick"....its a "hope for" ............ Carolina/Arizona and Kansas City

Yeah I figured I'd bang the pud around a little bit before I start tossing picks out. After a nice Facebook bout with some Cincinnati Steelers fans calling me "Nigga" and wanting to beat my ass I'm not quite done with the hatred and fury yet to make objective picks! LOL!!

LOL!! yep......i get it. Isn't Sky a Cincinnati based Steelers fan? I seem to remember that because ..... he posted a story about getting in a fight at a Steeler Bar near Cincinnati, owner providing a back room for them,...getting antennae on his car broken, etc. About a year later, he posted an absolutely identical story (under the the name hopkinsj)about being in a Steeler bar in Baltimore, back room, getting harassed, having his antennae broken, etc etc...... That when it was obvious he was simply a liar... He had already posted a ton of derogatory crap about generally being harassed in Baltimore... which, given hopkinsj was him masquerading, was all made up bullshit to disparage me.

JJ I hijacked your thread instead of starting another one to talk about the championship games and Superbowl!

Well the Broncos/Patriots was a competitive if not dull game. But just switched over to the Panthers/cardinals game and wow!
Panthers are laying the smack down on these birds. I had the Cards going all the way to winning the Superbowl...

#KeepPounding #PantherNation
I finally have a team in a championship game. Maybe the Reds organization should take notes on how to have a winning mentality.

Carson Palmer had a major melt down. Brings back memories. The INT pick sixes. Glad those days are gone.

I hope it's all tied up 0-0 after three overtimes.

Both Cincinnati teams watch other organizations get their shit together, get good, and go somewhere while they run in place then run out of time! Congrats Andy.

After the Broncos beat the Pats....i was in this strange situation where, with three teams left, i would be OK with any of the three winning it all. I've never been a Peyton Manning fan ..... probably because I was a BALTIMORE Colt season ticket holder and i could never bring myself to support anything that has to do with Indy, wearing that horseshoe. So, I am on the Panthers bandwagon. I like Cam Newton.
Watching Tom Brady constantly getting knocked on his ass and the Refs being fair about it.....was simply awesome.

Yeah because they know people are watching and they are under a microscope.

It has been fairly obvious all season that the NFL didn't want a team that is being punished for cheating to be in the Super Bowl.

It has been fairly obvious all season that the NFL didn't want a team that is being punished for cheating to be in the Super Bowl. I think the NFL has reached a transparent level of absurdity. When Brady is beloved=he gets all the calls. When he cheats=anything goes . When the Steelers hurt people=no calls. When other people hurt the Steelers=flags and outrage. Mysterious calls start happening in bunches when=the point spread gets in jeopardy. Call me crazy, call me paranoid, but that there are biases being displayed visibly to all is not only an insult to our intelligence but IMO our worst fears are validated by the fact the NFL broke records for penalties this season and it is an upward trend. The level of control has gotten out of control. And it's a real turnoff in general.
