I normally take the day off each year, but since they don't play until 4, I just knocked off a little early. We have looked to have improved a lot this year, but sadly it looks as did the rest of the division too. I'm the most optimistic that I've been about this team since 2013 though, so there's that.

Didn't have to take the day off today, on the back half of our Spring Break. Missed the first 4 innings, took longer to mow than I anticipated. First time I've mowed my property since Hurricane Asshole, lots of limbs to pick up. I do like Bell using Julio (the closer) for more than just the 9th inning, kind of reminds of a time when teams had fireballers and not closers that they may use from the 7th inning on.

Even if you have a good pen the more relievers you use the more likely you are going to run into one having a bad day. Hopefully Iglesias and Hughes can get it going. |
