This is great news. If I were in Cincinnati I'd give you a big bear hug lost! LOL! I wanted Zac Taylor all along and I'm hoping he brings in Shane Waldron as his OC. This scenario is the one I dreamt of, but I thought the chances of that happening were slim to none. I know it's not official (if Taylor is hired, that doesn't mean Waldron will follow him), but it's good to hear that this may come to fruition. Not to sound boastful, but I was the first to come up with this scenario as a possibility awhile back and then Cincy Jungle posted the same scenario yesterday and it was also brought up on New Strip City two days ago. I posted on that site one to two days before the hosts mentioned it and one fan in particular loved my idea of pairing Taylor and Waldron. However, nothing is guaranteed. If Taylor and Waldron are hired, success isn't inevitable. They could fall flat on their face. But of all the coaches out there that the Bengals are considering, this pair makes the most sense IMO. Extremely excited to hear this. Thanks lostwou, 77

I'm wondering why they didn't let Jackson or Lazor go. Maybe that will come after they sign Taylor. Its not a done deal yet. But Taylor coached the Bearcats and wants to come back to Cincinnati.

Even if they did make a mistake, it's minor and no punishment should be forthcoming. However, from what I've read, it doesn't sound as if any rules were violated. I think this is a case of many media outlets 'speculating' that Taylor will become the next Bengals Head Coach instead of the Bengals actually informing others that that's the case. www.cincyjungle.com/2019/1/11/18178708/nfl-rumors-2019-bengals-violated-nfl-rules-zac-taylor-rams-playoffs-newsHiring from outside the organization is a step forward regardless of Taylor's success. And there's more good news. Bill Lazor has been let go and Vance Joseph has been hired by the Cardinals and will serve as the teams DC.

I saw they kept Pollack and Simmons.

Guys, I believe what we’ve got here is a miracle. Lmao. Or a coup? Lmao. Good one 77. A miracle or a coup, I’ll take either. As long as we’re moving towards a 21st century run football program.
