And good to see Reed get outta that. The thing that kills these rookies is free passes even more than bombs. But it does show you just how tough this game really is.

BTW Eric I like that both Reed and Stephenson are in the pen right now. I would make it like an extended spring training and give these guys essentially a start when a starter fails. Basically live tryouts between Davis, Garrett, Reed, Stephenson. What do you think?

As much as the pitchers are protected from as much as a dust mite on their hats. I say go for it. Not a better way to control innings? |

I did get to watch game last night even though I didnt post. Really nice win. Love seeing the young pitchers get a shot. Three good outings last night.
Rookie Davis struggled some today though eh.. I started watching as they tied it up. Is the thought that Rookie Dave will be sent down when Bronson is activated?

He will be a two way player this year. He did take batting practice all spring with hitters after his pitching work was done.
