Daredevil and Jessica Jones Daredevil has some brutal fight scenes... one in particular is a long continuous shot of Daredevil versus russian gangsters in a hallway and adjoining rooms. HELLUVA FIGHT! Vincent D'onofrio nails the role as the Kingpin. Can't wait for season 2 with Daredevil vs the Punisher! Jessica Jones... the villain (Kilgrave played by David Tennant) is twisted and honestly doesn't know right from wrong. In some cases, its hilarious with what he tells people to do... or that he admits that telling them to do something would be way too weird. I personally enjoyed their Marco Polo series, but its had mixed reviews. Season 2 is due by Summer. I also really enjoyed Hemlock Grove even though there is some poor acting in it... my opinion anyhow. Sense8 was good, but its liberal with the gay and transgender stuff. But as far as the story and how the characters are linked, it was really cool. I even got a kick out of the newer Trailer Park Boys stuff on Netflix. Its mostly live shows. I'm going to check those top 2 out. Been a D'Onofrio fan since Full Metal Jacket and since I've always dug Law N Order,Detective Goren. Watching Daredevil first!  |

Yeah, he's great in just about everything he does! As Kingpin, he's very OCD, as well... very polite and quiet... until he gets upset. Then he opens up a can of whup-ass. |

More gritty and a bit more "realistic" than most of the other Marvel superhero stuff. Weird seeing Private Pyle as the Kingpin at first, but he does an excellent job. I plan on checking out Jessica Jones pretty soon. |

There seems to be something missing in the new seasons of Trailer Park Boys, but the live specials are pretty good. |

I've already watched Daredevil & Jessica Jones...loved both series! You're right about Kilgrave in the Jessica Jones series...he was an awesome character, and honestly thought was the star of the season. My favorite line was when he was talked to Luke, found out he banged Jessica, and says "What! Please tell me that was a pity shag!" I about lost it. Daredevil season 2 is coming soon. I've heard good things about How to Make a Murderer and Narcos too. From the comedy standpoint, Unbreakable Kimmie Schmidt was hilarious.
